Why Toss It? Repair and Replace!

Did you know that most of the tools we offered by American Caddy Vac are made with replaceable components?  We invented or improved many of these tools for our own use, and we are tool people, so we prefer to be able to replace components of our tools rather than replacing the whole tool!  Many of our customers feel the same way.

For example, whips tend to wear down over time.  So we provide whip replacement sets.  The rest of the tool is still perfectly functional, so why throw it away?  Just replace the whips and you’re good to go!

The brass or stainless fittings in many of our tools are all replaceable as well.  Just call us up and order the part, or use the tool finder at CaddyVac.com. When your replacement fitting arrives, just remove the old one and replace it!

In fact, if there is a part on your American Caddy Vac that is damaged, we probably have it in stock and can get it to you right away.  We have pilot valve repair kits with all the interior components of the valve, or we have the whole valve if you want to just do a quick replacement on your compressor.  We also stock replacement pop off valves, air filters, oil filters… everything you need to keep your compressor running like new.

We even have items you might not expect we would keep in stock, like replacement door latches, door hinges, cleaner door slam latches, door springs.

These trucks get used all day long, often in very challenging environments.  So it’s easy to see how a reflector or light could get damaged.  No problem!  We have the part in stock and we build our units to be easily maintained and repaired.

You see, at American Caddy Vac we build these units, so we have all the components in stock and we are happy to ship them to you right away if any part on your truck gets worn or damaged. Our units are built to last, but if any part is damaged, we have the replacement ready to go.

We prefer “repair” over “replace” whenever possible, and we know that our customers are hands-on people, who prefer repairing their equipment whenever possible.  We like to make that process simple.
