“We purchased our first American Caddy Vac, in 2011. Prior to our purchase, we heavily researched all options for duct cleaning equipment. We received such a strong recommendation, from several duct cleaners, to purchase an American Caddy Vac unit. We did some ride alongs, with other cleaners, in various machines, but nothing compared to the performance and space of an American Caddy Vac. Several years later our single truck has turned into four. We will never run anything other than a Caddy Vac. Our technicians love the space they have, for all their tools and supplies. This means no trips back to our shop, when we run into unexpected issues. All the supplies we could ever need are carried on the trucks. Our customers even love the truck. They are impressed by the obviously high quality equipment, in their driveway. The entire staff, at American Caddy Vac is awesome to work with. Whether we are just ordering supplies or building a new truck customized to our needs, they are always helpful and friendly. They even follow up to check on us, to make sure everything is running great. Mac has helped us to grow our business through his experience of running his own duct cleaning business. I feel that without the equipment they build, and the support Mac and Steve provide, our business would not be where it is today.”
