In the colder weather you might notice that the oil pressure in your compressor runs higher than it does in warmer weather.
To increase or decrease your oil pressure, you will need two end wrenches sized 9/16” and 7/8”.
Use the 7/8” end wrench to loosen the jam nut and the 9/16” end wrench to make your adjustment.
To increase the oil pressure, make the adjustment clockwise. To decrease, make the adjustment counter-clockwise.
Keep in mind that if the compressor is cold and you are making the adjustment at start up, the pressure will drop once the oil warms up.
