Who ya gonna call? American Caddy Vac, of course! Why? Because they actually answer the phone! Not only that, but whoever answers the phone actually knows your Caddy Vac unit inside and out. All of our staff has extensive experience working in the field using the same equipment and tools on the same types of jobs your crew is working.

Steve Cox has worked with the Mattoons at B&F Power Vac and American Caddy Vac for nearly 30 years. When he takes your call you can be sure that he has the knowledge to back up any advice he gives. Steve is now the office manager for both companies.

Bob Naden is another voice that may greet you when you call. He’s been with the company for about 20 years. Not only does he have experience in the field working on every possible duct cleaning job, he also has a thorough knowledge of the tools sold by American Caddy Vac. That’s because he has developed many of the prototypes for those tools!

Justin Mattoon is a wealth of information, not just because he has been working in the business since his youth, but also because he is the General Manager at B&F Power Vac, and the Research and Development Manager at American Caddy Vac. Justin has extensive experience in job planning on commercial and industrial jobs all over the Pacific Northwest. If you run across a planning challenge on the job, you may want to give Justin a call and just bat around a few ideas. He’s probably worked the problem you’re trying to plan for and can give you some great ideas

And of course, Mac and Donna Mattoon are always a critical asset for all of our customers. With experience in every aspect of the business, they can answer questions on subjects as wide ranging as accounting, marketing, and general operations. Plus, many of our customers have commented on the fact that Mac knows their particular units inside and out.

Who ya gonna call? Don’t call someone who just sells duct cleaning units. Call the folks who make and use these units every day. Call the people who worked on your particular Caddy Vac and know it. Call the people who use the same tools you are using. Call the people who work the same jobs you are working. Call the people who can answer your questions with experience, not just theory.

Who ya gonna call? Call American Caddy Vac.
